General Packaging Research

A couple of examples i found in the co-op
I really love the simlicity of this design. The box is made up using just one piece of corrugated board, with interlocking tabs. The windows are pushed inwards to futher support the products enclosed. The product uses minimal ink but seems to get over the message.

After taking the packaging apart, I found that the Westons cider packaging used far more materials than the Hogans cider packaging.

I liked the idea of die cutting from the "Stangford Lough Brewing co" box below. I was inspired by this and wanted to use the same technique for my packaging, but use the hop leaf shape as a die cut for the windows.

I think that the packaging which has used the least ink looks more effective for the theme I am trying to create (Organic).
